Eligibility

Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders are a commitment to purchase. You may cancel at any time before dispatch by contacting care@shoonyaa.life. Shoonyaa reserves the right to cancel pre-orders in exceptional circumstances, with a full refund issued.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled orders within 7 days of delivery. Opened or used products cannot be returned. Approved returns receive a full refund or replacement.

Intended Use

Shoonyaa products are sold as smoking accessories for legal use only. Smoking is injurious to health. No health claims are made about our products.

Intellectual Property

All content on shoonyaa.life — including the brand name, product names (COSMOS, VOID, AGNI), copy, and visual identity — is the intellectual property of Shoonyaa. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
